Steve is a Budapest-based project manager, trainer, and youth worker with more than nine years of experience in empowering young people, building inclusive learning spaces, and coordinating international projects across Europe. He has worked with Erasmus+ and United Nations–affiliated initiatives, always focusing on giving disadvantaged and marginalised youth a voice.

Over the years, he has designed and delivered youth projects that blend creativity with learning — using tools such as design thinking, ecomusicology, drama for social change, and digital education. His sessions are built on non-formal methods, making learning practical, participatory, and deeply human.

Highlights and Achievements

• Recipient of the Silver Award from the Royal Commonwealth Society (2019).
• Designed and delivered 50+ workshops and courses, reaching thousands of participants in person and over 100,000 people through online campaigns.
• Produced publications, after-movies, and final booklets presenting measurable project outcomes and impact data from more than 40 countries.
• Facilitated and co-facilitated international events such as the European Youth Event and the European Digital Youth Summit, as well as numerous Erasmus+ training courses and exchanges.
• Travelled over 8,000 km across Europe for grassroots outreach and youth consultations, interviewing young changemakers and building networks of motivated volunteers and partner organisations.
