Steve is a Budapest-based project manager, trainer, and youth worker with more than nine years of experience in empowering young people, building inclusive learning spaces, and coordinating international projects across Europe. He has worked with Erasmus+ and United Nations–affiliated initiatives, always focusing on giving disadvantaged and marginalised youth a voice.
Over the years, he has designed and delivered youth projects that blend creativity with learning — using tools such as design thinking, ecomusicology, drama for social change, and digital education. His sessions are built on non-formal methods, making learning practical, participatory, and deeply human.
Steve combines solid project management (Erasmus+ compliance, budgeting, reporting) with advanced facilitation skills. He is experienced in cross-cultural cooperation, partnership development, and curriculum design for non-formal learning spaces. His work often connects creativity, sustainability, and social inclusion — turning ideas into programmes with measurable impact.
Steve is available for partnerships, training requests, and Erasmus+ collaborations.
