Steve is a Budapest-based project manager, trainer, and youth worker with more than nine years of experience in empowering young people, building inclusive learning spaces, and coordinating international projects across Europe.

He has worked with Erasmus+ and United Nations–affiliated initiatives, with a particular focus on creating opportunities for disadvantaged and marginalised young people to participate, express their perspectives, and become actively involved in their communities.

Over the years, he has designed and delivered youth projects that combine creativity with learning, using approaches such as design thinking, ecomusicology, drama for social change, and digital education.

His sessions are based on non-formal learning methods, creating practical and participatory environments where young people can learn through experience, collaboration, and active involvement.

Highlights and Achievements

In 2019, Steve received the Silver Award from the Royal Commonwealth Society.

Throughout his professional work, he has designed and delivered more than 50 workshops and courses, reaching thousands of participants through face-to-face activities and more than 100,000 people through online campaigns.

He has produced publications, after-movies, and final project booklets presenting measurable outcomes and impact data from projects involving participants and organisations across more than 40 countries.

His international facilitation experience includes events such as the European Youth Event and the European Digital Youth Summit, alongside numerous Erasmus+ training courses and youth exchanges.

Steve has also travelled more than 8,000 kilometres across Europe for grassroots outreach and youth consultations, interviewing young changemakers and developing networks of volunteers and partner organisations.
